Rather than chasing a solid, high-maintenance blonde, we worked with her natural base — adding brightness, movement and carefully placed dimension so the whole colour feels effortless and lived-in.

The result? Hair that looks noticeably lighter and fresher, but still completely believable. 🤎✨

And because the grow-out has been designed to stay soft, Amy won’t need to see us every 6 weeks…

🎉 5 years of “oor” Alix at Hair & Body Mechanics! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone, it’s 5 years since Alix joined us at Hair & Body Mechanics!

Watching Alix grow over the last five years has been incredible. From developing her confidence behind the chair to becoming the talented stylist she is today, we’re so proud of everything she’s achieved. Obviously we couldn’t let this occasion slip by. Anyone who has sat in Alix’s chair will know she loves her “scran” so we’ve got her a voucher to go out for tea and an extra weeks holiday to enjoy!

Thank you for five fantastic years, Alix. Here’s to everything you’ve achieved so far and to many more years of creating beautiful hair (and talking about what you’re having for tea! 😂).

We’re excited to be hosting a Wella Professionals training day, where we’ll be developing our skills using the beautiful Wella Super Naturals colour range.
We’re looking for models who are happy to receive a natural-looking Demi-permanent colour service.
Ideal models include:
🤎 Clients wanting grey coverage or grey blending.
🤎 Anyone looking to refresh their brunette, blonde or natural shade.
🤎 Those wanting rich shine and healthy-looking colour.
🤎 Clients available on Wednesday the 8th of July at 1.30pm
