Emotional one🥹

This amazing woman has been coming to me for the past 5 years, every week without fail. Heartbreakingly her diagnosis took that from us and she's been battling since. Shes overcome one of the biggest hurdles in her life but lost her confidence along the way. But this week we took away her wig which is such a massive thing for her and I've helped her regain that confidence again.

Before chemo her hair wasn't Curly or nearly as thick. Whilst having chemo my client lost up to 65% of her hair and the before pictures show what she has now. Chemo changes the texture as to which your hair grows and its density. Her hair before wasn't nearly as thick and was straight but now we have Curls and thickness!
So we decided to go in with full head of foils using her previous colour and a light ash blonde to break up her grey giving it a natural look. I then cut all the hair that was still left to a similar length as the new regrowth then layered and feathered to give her shape. She's wanting to keep it as healthy as possible by using masks and avoiding heat.

I have asked her if I could post this. Myself and my client would like to make other women going though similar situations feel they can still come to a salon and feel beautiful again.
