Two hours of blissful movement, relaxation and connection designed to give you a chance to step away from the day-to-day and focus on you 💗 This month we will be taking a gentle look into postnatal planning - thinking about how you would like your fourth trimester to look, and putting in place plans to safeguard your families wellbeing during this special (but crazy) time 🤱

Create beautiful little moments with your baby at our very special baby massage classes. Running weekly from 28th May(5 weeks)based at Hannah Rebecca Wellness studio on Raddle wharf. We run deliberate small groups to create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
