Due to a number of last minute cancellations we wanted to remind you of our deposit and cancellation policy. We understand that life happens however as a small business it’s important that we keep our no shows/late cancellations to an absolute minimum 🤍

Deposits
At the time of booking you may be asked to pay a deposit, the deposit amount will vary depending on the service you are booking. Deposits can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

Cancellations
Need to reschedule?
Should you need to reschedule that’s absolutely fine please just give us at least 48hours notice so we can adjust our schedule.
Your deposit will be transferred to your new date.

Less than 48 hours notice and no shows
As our team sets aside time just for you, cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in you losing your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
