Soooooo....
FM fragrances come from a factory in Germany. The same factory a lot of famous branded ones come from...Like Chanel for example.
FM has access to the oils in the factory and can choose the same/very similar ingredients to make a fragrance and then name it whatever they like.
This part of the process is surprisingly inexpensive! The expense comes when choosing fancy bottles and packaging.
FM have scraped all of that and have opted for plain bottles and boxes with a number instead of a name.
