Due to an increasing amount of last minute cancellations I now have to start being strict with my booking policy🤍

Each appointment requires a £10 non-refundable deposit.

If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice your deposit will unfortunately be lost and you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment 🤍

If I am given more than 24 hours notice i am more than happy to move your deposit to a different day that suits you. I understand that things come up in life and will try my best to accommodate🤍

No appointment is secure unless the deposit is paid i accept bank transfer and cash which can be dropped off at the salon🤍

If you are late to your appointment I am still happy to continue however I work back to back so I can only do what I can with the time we have remaining🤍
