It’s been a while and a load of new followers so thought I’d come on to tell you who “She” is.

I’m Cath, - Aesthetics By Cath based in Little Sutton in Clinic@SuttonHall (huge building - looks like a care home 😂)

Im a registered nurse prescriber with a long standing NHS career and I’ve been doing aesthetics since 2022. My treatment menu which is ever growing as I’m constantly training and learning new skills includes all the typical services you would find in an aesthetic clinic - all at an advanced level and lots of other more niche treatments such as medical grade skincare, digital skin analysis as well as a number of no needle facial bio revitalisation options such as skin resurfacing and electroporation.

I specialise in the more natural results with a solid foundation of great skin. As an almost 50 year old menopausal woman I want to look good without looking “overdone”. Refreshed but not frozen. The best me - not a different me. I run by the mantra that “Injectables should never be detectable” and those who know me/have been treated by me will confirm that I have no qualms refusing to do a treatment if I feel it would not align with these values. Not for popularity, for “likes” nor financial gain.

Peptides. This word pops up more on my socials than the Lynsey Clancy trial!

What are Peptides?

In brief they are short amino acid chains which act as messengers for skin cells. They work by signalling the skin cells to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin which 👇🏻

Celebrating our 50th trip around the sun ☀️- late for her early for me!

Drinking ch*****ne and Limoncello cocktails under the stars surrounded by therapy animals and sleeping in a bell tent. The sound of silence under a clear sky. Hanging out with alpacas in our pyjamas to the soundtrack of feisty Shetland ponies and miniature donkeys (who tried to nab Karen’s booze!)

This is the life. Right here. You can keep your noisy clubs and posing bars. A Farm near Mold and your beautiful friend. Alcohol, animals and a takeaway is all you need. Could have done without the security alert sirens on our phones which made us think we were gonna get bombed or something as neither of us can read Welsh 😂😂 but it wouldn’t be an event without a bit of drama.
