We have 2 induction slots this week with availability. One at 9:30am Tuesday morning and one 8:30 am on Wednesday morning. If you are looking for a local venue to access for getting Møre physically active whilst feeling safe and secure and all for £3.75 per week. To book an induction just choose at www.greatsuttoncommunitygym.co.uk and then go to the basket and choose a group induction. We currently have 50 members whom all appear to be enjoying this very different gym experience.

We are pleased to say that we have now got 50 members of the local community as members of our community gym. Those 50 have already found that the gym is different to a conventional gym. It is quiet, targeted for people who have anxiety about getting fitter and whom are peers for each other. As a not for profit organisation which means we invest all profits made by our organisation we ask for the communities support in helping us grow. Our community gym has not only shown it can be massively successful in helping individuals from our community that felt unable to access such opportunities. GREAT SUTTON WELLNESS CIC COMMUNITY GYM officially opened its doors to the public on Monday, and our launch week is off to an incredible start!

We have already received some amazing feedback from our very first members, including this wonderful message that truly captures what our community space is all about:

"I am really impressed with the set up and can see this really helping me to be more active and lose weight. As I use a stick and am overweight I feel really self conscious when I go in a gym usually but this community gym has a different feel to it and I can see my going there regularly. It might be small but it has a lot to offer me. Plus Helen did the most comprehensive gym induction I have ever had - and I have had numerous over the years. She also adapted a couple of the exercises to meet my needs as I struggle to get on the floor.
