That’s why we’ve teamed up with our product supplier, insurance provider, and booking system to make skin testing as easy as possible. To simplify the process and keep you informed, we’ve designated January as our annual skin testing month.

This way, you can ensure your skin test is up to date and confidently book your appointments without any worries of cancellations.

With Christmas just a few weeks away, we have opened up some extra appointments each Sunday to help you get booked in.

Emerging Stylists, Carlee and Niamh, have opened up their schedules on Sunday the 14th and 21st from 9am to 5:30pm to help accommodate the demand for appointments.

These extra Sundays are the perfect opportunity to take advantage of our under 16’s appointments. Our Emerging Stylist team offers under 16’s wash, cut and blow dry appointments for £30 and under 11’s dry trims at £20.

At The Boutique Atelier, we are proud to be an inclusive, safe space for our Transgender clients where we can help with hair concerns during transition and beyond. That is why we support Transgender Awareness Week- 13th to 19th Nov - an annual movement geared toward raising awareness and showing support for the transgender community.

No matter how a person lives or identifies, all human beings have inherent value that deserves to be respected and treated well. One of the most important parts of Transgender Awareness Week is raising the standard for how all people are treated – with equal rights, access and privileges.

This Transgender Awareness Week, we wanted to highlight how proud we are that all our services at the salon are gender neutral and how we were one of the first salons to adopt this more inclusive way of offering our services.

We believe hair has no gender, thus all our services are gender neutral.

In this era of gender fluidity, we want to make sure our pricing reflects the chosen service and experience level of your stylist, not the gender you identify as. Not only do we believe that this is a fairer and more inclusive way of doing things, we also feel it’s necessary because of how hair trends are changing.

Trans Awareness Week is a time for reflection, education, and action. Let’s come together to make a positive change, stand with the transgender community, and work towards a more inclusive and equitable world.
