At The Boutique Atelier, we understand the sensitive nature of hair loss and are dedicated to providing expert care in a private, supportive environment. Our hair loss services are led by salon owner and multi-award-winning hairdresser whose years of experience and innovative approach ensure you receive the highest level of expertise and discretion.

Our new location at The National Waterways Museum, Ellesmere Port, allows us to expand our award winning services and create one of the region’s most comprehensive centres for luxury hairdressing, hair loss solutions and inclusive hair services. Our new venue will be split across two floors, with the ground floor dedicated to luxury cutting, colouring and styling services, while the first floor will focus on hair loss services and contains a private consultation space designed to support clients experiencing hair loss, thinning hair and medical hair concerns while they discuss their hair with Richard.

Our expanded hair loss space will allow Richard and the team he has trained to offer more clients these life changing services such as mesh integration, custom-made wigs, hair toppers and personalised FFA systems, helping clients regain confidence in a discreet and supportive environment.

Richard and Team Phillipart, travelled to Miami this June what would become the standout show of the SS27 men’s fashion week season.
 
American streetwear designer Colm Dillane and his brand , who, with his close personal connections to soccer and his history of making designer collaboration football boots was invited by FIFA to present his latest collection in Miami at the NU Stadium as part of the 2026 World Cup celebrations.

A dynamic fusion of fashion, football and music, the impactful runway took place down the middle of the pitch, with 48 models representing the 48 countries of the World Cup. Each model not only wore fashion inspired by their country, Richard designed for each model an individual hair look that also reflected their country’s style and essence, centering and celebrating the natural texture of their hair.

With Richard’s hair designs featuring in countless international fashion magazines following his latest shows, he is already in high demand to design the hair at fashion week shows across the world this coming September.

Spring/Summer 2027 men’s shows.

The team first travelled to Milan where Richard was booked to design the hair looks for the .nash show in the fashion capital.
 
Kicking off the season with his second collaboration with British designer Saul Nash. The sportswear designer who creates collections for lululemon was showing his latest menswear looks in the fashion capital and again called up on Richard to help elevate the vision of his brand.

Richard designed sleek, polished styles for the models that featured high shine finishes alongside sharp cropped styles that oozed confidence. 

The next stop on Richard’s latest fashion week tour was in Miami, where he was booked to style hair at the runway, which was being presented as part of the celebrations in the , Miami.

Our relocation marks an important investment in, and our continued commitment to Ellesmere Port, bringing our thriving local business into one of the town’s most historic landmarks.

The National Waterways Museum’s unique setting will provide a distinctive and permanent new home for the salon while supporting our continued growth.

As we get closer to our grand opening on the 30th August renovations are moving at full spread and this week we have had our 10 private client parking bays directly opposite the entrance to our new venue repainted to clearly highlight they are reserved for clients of The Boutique Atelier.

Additional off-road parking is available along South Pier Road. The National Waterways Museum also has a large visitor carpark just a few minutes’ walk from our new salon. In addition to this they also have electric vehicle charging points located near the entrance of the museum.
