I’m a toxic hairdresser sometimes 👀🤣
Truth is her pics she posts are always 🔥 and this ain’t the first time I thought she cheated 🤣💀
Tell me I’m not the only one 🙈
I be like who the f**k has done your hair?! 🤨
Then she booked in, overdue and I confessed my inner demons and I took her before pictures.
Oh.
I did. 💀
Turns out her natural grey had just grown out into her old colour and she’s also apparently much better at photographing my work than I am 🤣
One grey blending sesh later and BOOM 💥
This is exactly why I love grey blending. No harsh regrowth. No solid line. Just your natural grey slowly becoming part of the colour rather than something we have to fight every few weeks.
She didn’t cheat.
I was dramatic (shock)
Our relationship survives. 🤝🤣 a true love story of friend turns client and loyal to the max 🤣💜
I did a really bright face frame so she still feels blonde from the front, minimal highlights and they started where her line of demarcation did rather than the root. A gloss on her regrowth to blend not cover and lowlights throughout in the same shade and a toner.
Grey blending doesn’t have to mean grey, dull, and aging, it’s about enhancing and embracing not covering, low maintenance, shiny hair for the win. 👏🏻💜

Part 1 of me bleaching my roots, whilst my ADHD meds have clearly worn off at this point and the chaos is back in the building.
Even though I now let someone cut my hair, I haven’t let anyone colour it for a million years. Maybe it’s time to change that because I’m exhausted with myself. 🤣🤪 💜

Happy birthday to one of my OG salon babies 🥹💜
She’s been coming to me since she was 12 and now officially half my age, which feels frankly unnecessary😂💀
Yesterday we celebrated with fresh blonde, a LOT of chat, and apparently enough unusable footage to produce a small documentary 👀🤣
Watching clients grow up, change, come back, tell me all their life updates and still trust me with their hair years later is one of my favourite bits of this job. 🥹💜

I absolutely understand the needs of neurodiverse clients and I’m also a SEN mum.
I have two cats but they are friendly 🤣 sometimes naughty I won’t lie and I pride myself on people feeling comfortable here always.
