Subtle changes, big impact!

My client came in feeling self-conscious about her downward smile, which can sometimes create a tired or sad appearance.

This is actually a tricky area to treat. As we age, the perioral fat mounds descend, contributing to heaviness around the mouth. It’s so important to approach this carefully, as adding volume in the wrong place can make the area look even heavier rather than lifted.

Using a cannula technique, we were able to gently lift and support the corners of the mouth, focusing on structure rather than adding bulk.

The second photo shows her results 2 weeks post-treatment, fully healed, natural, and refreshed.
