With the new year comes fresh updates at Katie HD Hair, including changes to hours, prices, and policies:

Cancellation Policy:
Due to a high number of no-shows and late cancellations last year, a 50% charge will now apply for missed appointments. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. I understand life happens, especially if you’re unwell, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

Updated Hours:

Monday & Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Weddings and hair-ups only
Price Updates:
After five years without a change, it’s time for a small increase to reflect the care and quality I provide:

Cuts: increase + £5
Colours: increase starting from +£5
