We offer a welcoming and friendly salon experience , where our staff are dedicated in ensuring each client has an excellent service. We offer a variety of hairdressing services, from cuts including men's hair cuts, Balayage's, colours, occasional/ bridal hair up and children's hair cut's to hair extension's and perms. Snipetts booking policy stands as follows:
# A cancellation fee could be charged if failure to cancel appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
# All new clients and some appointments over a certain time require a 20% deposit on booking which will be taken off your appointment bill.
# If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice then the deposit is non-refundable.
# Appointments that would like to change date with over 48 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new date of appointment.
# Snipetts appreciate that sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment. Pease understand that when you cancel your appointment with little or no notice you prevent someone else from being able to fill that appointment. We aim to be as fair as possible and understand that sometimes life happens.
# Last minute slots cannot always be filled. We kindly request as a matter of courtesy you provide 48 hours’ notice. Thank you, from the Snipetts team Ely.
