A nice message to wake up to this morning.
Most aches and pains people come in with aren’t permanent injuries, they’re bodies asking for a bit of help.
Sometimes all it takes is the right treatment and a clear plan.
“I’ll leave it a week” - everyone, for 4 months.

Cambridge Half Marathon runners! Quick heads-up….
I’ve got limited availability for pre-event prep and post-race recovery sessions.
Just to be clear, pre-event work is light, sensible and supportive, not the kind of massage that leaves you feeling flat before race day.
Post-event sessions are ideal for tight calves, heavy legs, sore hips and general “what have I done” feelings 😅
If you want to go into race day feeling prepared, and recover properly afterwards get in touch.

Most people are surprised by how much soft tissue therapy can help with daily life, not just sports or the gym.
Desk tension, busy days, stress, stiffness, old injuries… it all adds up.
Swipe to learn more about what I do and how I help.
I have a few spaces open next week, so if something here resonates and you’d like to come see me you’re welcome to book in or drop me a message.

Honestly blown away by this review. I love this work, and helping people feel and move better is always the goal.
This time of year can be stressful and harder on the body. If you’re feeling it, my diary’s open. Link in bio.

“I wanted to skip down the stairs this morning.”
That’s what Vimala told me after her second soft tissue therapy session.
She lives with axial spondyloarthritis and trains hard as a yoga & fitness instructor — but pain has been part of her daily life for years.
After trying everything to manage her symptoms and improve sleep, she found that soft tissue therapy helped her feel noticeably less sore, more mobile, and better rested — all without increasing discomfort.
While soft tissue therapy isn’t a cure for chronic conditions, it can be a valuable part of managing pain, improving movement, and supporting overall wellbeing.
If you’re dealing with chronic discomfort or feel like you’ve tried everything… I’d love to help.

“What’s that you’re using?”
It’s Songbird Massage Wax, and I absolutely love it.
It’s 100% natural, smells amazing, and gives just the right amount of grip and glide so I can work with real precision—especially during soft tissue release, fascial release and more focused techniques.
Nothing beats it for control, feel, and client comfort. Once you try it, you’ll see (and smell!) why I’m such a fan!

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week
And while we often think of massage and soft tissue therapy as just physical, the mental benefits are just as powerful.
Soft tissue therapy can help:
• Reduce physical tension caused by stress and anxiety
• Calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation
• Improve sleep, rest and recovery
• Provide a quiet hour just for you—no phones, no pressure, just peace
• Reconnect you with your body in a positive, grounding way
Whether you’re carrying stress in your shoulders or just need a reset, soft tissue therapy is about so much more than muscles.
Looking after your body is looking after your mind.
And you’re always welcome in the treatment room—whatever you’re carrying.
