Freshly done machine Hair strokes with a teeny bit of shading in parts to blend where there was a little less brow hair.

These brows are naturally insane, so it is a real treat to get to work on them and enhance them even more.

These were created with Permanent Pigments FACE Cinnamon, Mocca and a little Expresso from Killer Beauty

I like to use Hybrid and/or inorganic for hairstrokes as I want the gradual fading over time to allow top ups without too much saturation remaining.

Needle choice was a 0.40 1rl MT Luna from Cosmedic Supplies LUNA.

Here are the before brows, almost a year since last treatment.

My client likes them to heal visible but natural and working with pigments that fade over time is great to avoid too much over saturation and build up.

Some pigments are designed to retain longer but can have a little more Carbon (Black) in them, so for hairstrokes, as the other colours fade out the pigment over time, this can remain a little longer, clients then want a refresh to get the 'brown' tones back anyways, so I just prefer on hairstrokes where I can a pigment that fades evenly and gradually, especially since I'll likely see you in 12-24 months for a refresh anyways.

That said, I do use Organic inks too, it all has a place and all have their benefits depending on what's to be achieved and the skin type etc.

Getting ready for cosy season with this spicy cinnamon ombré lip blush — warm, rich and softly diffused through the centre. 🍁

And whilst ombré does have a gradient… the numbing kicked in a little too well here 😂 so we’ve got a little extra blanching through the centre. Totally normal and this settles back down within an hour or two.

CORRECTIVE LIP BLUSH ❤️‍🔥

My client came to me with scarring, patchy colour and pigment extending outside her natural vermilion border following previous lip tattooing - which isn't normal or typical.

Rather than simply covering everything, my goal was to work gently and strategically.

Areas of old pigment that sat too far outside the lip and were already fading were left alone to continue fading naturally, while I concentrated on rebuilding colour and blending through the scarred, patchy areas (photo 3 is before I worked on the lips and after the first session).

And that first heal 👀 — yes, there is still a little patchiness through the scar tissue, as expected, but great retention and a huge improvement, there's a lot more smoothness and balance (photo 2 shows healed and freshly topped up).

Correction isn't about fixing everything in one session, it's not always feasible. Sometimes the best skill you can utilize is knowing where to tattoo, where to build slowly… and where to leavel alone. And also know the limits of what you can do, most of us are perfectionists, but it's not always possible in these cases, my lip line isn't always as crisp or the flow of saturation may differ a little, but huge improvements been made and we were both thrilled.

PMU should never leave skin significantly damaged. Technique, depth and pressure matter — healthy skin always comes first.

I’m sorry, but HOW good does he look with his new brows?! 🤍

They were a pretty great canvas to begin with, but they just needed a little fluffing up, filling through some of the sparse areas and a touch more structure and definition.

With male brows especially, I don’t want them looking too perfect, too groomed or like they’ve obviously been “done”. We kept all that lovely natural texture and movement, just gave them a bit more presence.

He’ll be back in a few weeks (if needed!) for a little top-up once they’ve healed and settled — and I’m very excited to see these healed. 🤍
