That's me finished up until September folks and I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all my lovely clients who have supported me over the years. 

I always say the reflexology room is my peaceful place. I think I get just as much out of it as my clients do. 

I'll always be amazed at the benefits of reflexology and how it improves people's physical and mental health.

I won't be doing an announcement on here when baby arrives, however, if you would like to know drop me a wee message and I'll share the news. 

A massive thank you to those who dropped over gifts. It's greatly appreciated and honestly made me emotional. 

Your wellbeing is important and I encourage you to still look after yourself and get regular treatments.

Throughout the five weeks, you will learn natural empowering techniques that will strengthen your bond with your baby, enabling you to feel confident in settling your baby through a range of symptoms such as teething, digestion issues, sleep and many more.

This course is ideal for babies that are pre crawlers.
