Found widely in daily personal care, some are in skincare products as well as make up, shampoo and household products, these chemicals disrupt hormone balance by mimicking oestrogens, some are even associated with weight gain. Look for the word ‘fragrance’ in the ingredients list. If it isn’t pthalate free or clear that it is natural, I recommend avoiding.
