So back to what I love to do...

'Getting people ready to go places'

Whether it's a night out on the tiles, a family occasion, a weekend away, a wedding, a formal event, a haircut, a full on restyle or even just a wee blow-dry - I am ALL about it 💁🏻‍♀️

Well lads!
It's been a minute hey 👀
In fact it's been 4+ years.
Holy Moly.
4 years older & most definitely 4 years wiser 😁
Lost my wee mojo back in the pits of 2020.
Happy to confirm that I've found it again.
Though it surely took the time it took.
No half arsed doing anything me, I said I needed a break and took nearly half a decade 🤪

Sooooo much has happened & changed in this time.
Where to even begin..
I rested, like I said I would. Lived life in the slow lane for a change - I now am a big fan of the slow lane.
Climbed a locka mountains - climbed a fair few mental ones too - challenging by times but the views were mighty at summit🤍

I was incognito for a while too - tipping about outside of the rat race.. also very enjoyable and healing for the body and the mind. Done a bita this and a bita that.

Fell in love & made some unreal memories. Seen a fair bit of Ireland in either a van or a tent. Tried my hand at a bita flower arranging - loved that 🌸 Oh and I decided to stop drinking alcohol - 2+ years on the sober train now - life greatly improved✨

And just when things were going so well- I thought they couldn't get any better... I got preggers - Up the Ballyjamesduff🤰🏻

I thought The Hair Bar in 2020 was exhausting..Ha! Being pregnant topped that 🫠
Last March we were beyond blessed to welcome our wee Bonnie Bridie into the world 🩷 A whole new chapter of life - a rollercoaster of learning, loving, growing, letting go and surrendering.

Motherhood has come with its own set of challenges, but my god the growth that has come from it has been class - becoming a Mammy really taught me how to slow down because I had to, you don't have a choice. That has definitely helped my mojo resurface.

I feel very passionate about being the best Mammy I can be, it is without doubt my number one role, though I feel time has arrived to dip my toes back into my craft and get back to doing what I love doing.

When people/clients used to ask me

"What's your favourite part of hairdressing?''

I would always say..

''I just love getting people ready to go places!''

And it's true - I do.
