This is Leona's sister posting on her behalf.

Leona was recently involved in a road accident and is currently in hospital. She is safe and receiving care but does not have access to social media at this time.

All upcoming appointments for January are cancelled and any future appointments will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Looks by Leona Cancellation policy

1. Appointment Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

3. No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Full service fees still apply.
