Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you. I am incredibly grateful for every single one of you and for the support you’ve shown me over the years. The fact that you’ve helped me build my business to where it is today is something I never take for granted.

With that being said, I wanted to be honest and let you know that I am feeling a little burnt out at the moment. I absolutely hate letting people down, which is why I often squeeze appointments in wherever I can, but I’ve realised that this isn’t sustainable long-term.

For example, today I worked a 10-hour shift without even five minutes to sit down, eat, or catch my breath. While I’m so thankful to be busy, I also need to create a healthier work-life balance so that I can continue giving my clients the best service possible, whilst also being present at home for my family and Jackson. Like many parents, most nights don’t involve a full night’s sleep, so heading into fully booked days repeatedly is starting to take its toll.

Because of this, I’ll be slightly reducing my availability moving forward. To help me manage appointments as efficiently as possible, I would kindly ask that all future bookings are made through the Booksy app. I am always happy to help anyone navigate the app or advise on which service to book if you’re unsure.

If possible, please try to book your appointments as far in advance as you can, or even secure your next appointment before leaving the salon. This helps ensure you get the dates and times that suit you best and allows me to plan my diary more effectively.

Thank you all again for your continued support, understanding, and loyalty. I genuinely appreciate every appointment, recommendation, like, share, and message more than you’ll ever know. Without you, none of this would be possible.
