One year ago today Resilient Rehab opened and we treated our first clients!
Granted lockdown 1.0 was then announced the same day and we had to close for 3 months... but still can’t believe we are 1 year old already! 🎈

Another lockdown, but as the same as tier 4 Resilient Rehab remains open for face-to-face consultations for all your physiotherapy, sports injury and pain issues as adhering to the government guidelines.

If you are shielding, isolating or worried about going into clinic we also offer video consultations. Feel free to email or call the clinic and we can go through options with you.

Another top session with our client Anthony this week. This session we focused on stability, strength and power as a return to the ring nears 🥊
When we first met Anthony he couldn’t lift more than 3kg due to a long term shoulder injury, now that’s his warm up! 💪🏻🏋🏻

During another difficult time we want to assure our clients we’re still open as per the government guidelines allowing medical appointments and we’re still taking all the precautions to be COVID safe.

We had a client last week, complaining of months of shoulder discomfort as well as a permanently elevated left shoulder.
After some massage, dry needling and trigger pointing we have a happy client with even, comfortable shoulders after just one session.

He has now been given some progressive strengthening exercises to ensure his discomfort stays away long term. Another happy client at Resilient Rehab. 🤲🏻🙌🏻💪🏻

A great boxing rehab session today, focusing on shoulder strength, power and stability.

Our client has gone from struggling to do over head lifts after a serious shoulder injury 6 years ago - to being able to land hooks, jabs and upper cuts after 7 weeks of rehab 👊🏼
