I loved working on this client today! She is very lucky as has no skin laxity issues in her lower face and is still very much “lifted”, but she didn’t like her smokers or lipstick lines (something many of us get whether we have smoked or not). These were what she focused on when looking in the mirror and photos of herself.

However, she was a little concerned that having fillers here would make her top lip area look puffy or monkey-like, but I made sure my placement was subtle and precise, and worked in the different layers of the skin so that we avoided this kind of result.

Fun fact; having dermal fillers helps your cells to produce more of their own collagen and elastin, as well as providing structure, support and restoring volume. (The biostimulation is more of a secondary benefit!)
