On **26th September**, Dionne and I will open the doors to another Inner Ceremony Journey - an evening created as a space to slow down, reconnect and journey inward. 🤍

We’ll weave together ceremonial cacao, gentle mushroom tinctures, embodied movement, voice and sound, creating space for expression, connection and deep rest.

And then… we soften into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra, allowing the body and mind to settle and integrate.

September carries its own kind of magic - a turning point between seasons, a beautiful invitation to pause and ask:

**What am I ready to release?
What wants to be heard?
What is quietly beginning to emerge?**

🌞✨ Happy Summer Solstice, beautiful souls. ✨🌞

Today we celebrate the longest day of the year, a sacred turning point when the Sun stands in its fullest expression, reminding us to pause and acknowledge all that has grown within us.

The Summer Solstice invites us to celebrate our journey, honour the seeds we have nurtured, recognise the challenges we have overcome, and reconnect with the light that has always lived inside our hearts.

It is a beautiful reminder that we are not here to shrink, hide, or wait for permission to shine.

We are here to bloom. 🌻

As we enter the second half of the year, I invite you to gently ask yourself:

✨ What is ready to be fully seen and celebrated within me?

✨ Where am I ready to shine without holding back?

✨ What gifts, strengths, and truths am I being asked to embody more fully?

✨ What intentions do I wish to carry forward?

Together, we will gather in ceremony with Mama Cacao, moving, breathing, sounding, and reconnecting with the wisdom of our hearts.

This is not a dance class or a performance.

It is a sacred invitation to simply be yourself, to move in your own way, and to allow your inner light to be witnessed and celebrated.
