IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 😢

As most of my clients are aware I have had an extremely difficult year so far, with losing people I love and also with my health! A few weeks ago I had an accident and have severely damaged my right arm which impacted my work. I have now been told by medical professionals that I am unable to continue to work for at least 8 weeks (but probably longer) otherwise I risk losing the use of my right arm altogether 😭 This does mean I have had to make some decisions and therefore, I will be closing the clinic in Exeter. This will be with immediate effect!!

I apologise to you all as I know some of you have outstanding treatment, however, I cannot risk further damage to my arm/hand. I am devastated this has happened and I will miss you all. Hopefully one day I will be able to return but for now I have to say goodbye 😢 Thank you all for the kind messages and all of your support over the last few years… I couldn’t have done it without you ❤️ Take care and big love…. HOW MENOPAUSE AFFECTED ME!

It all started at the age of 42….

Weight gain and bloating!!

Everytime I looked in the mirror I wanted to cry 😢 my tummy looked so big and swollen I felt pregnant again but this time there was no baby 😭

Itchy Skin!!

I honestly thought I’d got some kind of disease… I scratched myself until I bled and left whelts all over my body 😔

Dry Skin!!

My skin had become so dry that whenever I took my clothes off I left a trail of dead skin cells which made me feel so anxious and embarrassed… I didn’t want my fiancé to look at me… I’d turn the light off to get undressed or I’d rush to get into bed before he came upstairs 😭

Anxiety!!

I had always been such a confident person and suddenly overnight I didn’t want to go out anymore, I felt anxious about seeing people, I felt anxious about the way I looked, I felt anxious about the way I dressed, I felt anxious about losing the man I loved because I was lacking so much confidence and felt a mess all the time!
