Today marks the last day of my November self-care journey that I’ve been sharing with you all. I honestly can’t believe it has flown by so quickly!
But tonight we are having home-made crumble (not the top 🫢 can’t beat a good Aunt Bessie mix 🤷🏻♀️), the treat is not needed but it was chosen, for a self-care sensory top-up tonight 😍

Although it’s the end of the start of my journey, I think I will definitely continue to be conscious about my time and what I can fit in just for me, I have learned that that is important if I want to give to others too 🩷 thank you for sharing it with me and I hope you continue too xXx

We headed off for our traditional Christmas trip to Cabot’s Circus today to do some Christmas shopping where we enjoyed some pulled pork from their mini Christmas market (isn’t a scratch on Exeters) and a festive hot chocolate from Costa (orange of course) so lots of little self-care bits amongst a great day of shopping 😍
I knew that today would be chaos so I purposefully enjoyed an extra long hot shower last night and slept like a baby. Self-care is super important and makes dealing with the stresses of life so much easier! 🩷 PS: no I didn’t buy the coat 🤣🤣
