Want new brows in time for Christmas? 🎄✨
Now is the time to start planning them.
I have limited availability remaining for permanent makeup consultations during September. Your consultation allows us to discuss your ideal shape, colour and finish, before booking your first brow session in October or early November.
Your perfecting session then takes place approximately six weeks later, meaning your beautiful new brows can be completed and settling beautifully in time for Christmas.
Whether you prefer soft hair strokes, combination brows or a powder finish, every set is carefully designed around your individual features and style.
Consultations are £20, which is deducted from your treatment. New permanent brows are £350, including your first and perfecting sessions.
If new brows are on your Christmas wish list, don’t leave it until November! Send me a message or book your September consultation through the link in my bio.

When people ask me how the renovation is going… 😂
Me: clicks fingers repeatedly and waits for the entire house to magically finish itself ✨
Turns out renovations don’t actually work like that.
There’s progress… there’s dust… there are approximately 847 decisions to make… and every time one thing gets finished, another three things seem to appear. 😅
But slowly, slowly it IS all coming together — and I can finally start to see what it’s going to look like at the end.
Including my new little home salon, which I am VERY excited about. 🤍
For now though… still very much living in the “trust the process” phase. 😂
✨ A little Changing Faces PMU update… ✨
Things are changing slightly behind the scenes but Changing Faces PMU is very much staying the same. 🤍
We’re currently right in the thick of a home renovation, and part of that is creating my very own home salon here in Ottery St Mary.
Now that my Son has started school, it feels like the perfect time to make my working week fit a little better around family life too.
Once the new salon is ready, I’ll be based in Ottery during the week, while still working my Saturdays in Exeter, plus continuing with my ad hoc clinics at Pebble Brook Clinic.
So you’ll still have all the same treatments, experience and familiar face, just with a little more choice over where you come and see me.
One definite bonus is free parking right outside so no city-centre traffic or parking charges! 🙌
I’m so excited to show you the salon as it comes together over the next few months. For now though… think slightly more dust than permanent makeup. 😂
📍 Ottery St Mary – weekdays
📍 Exeter – Saturdays
📍 Pebble Brook Clinic – selected clinic dates
More updates coming soon… ✨

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I’m a finalist in the Southwest Beauty Awards 2026! ✨
I’ve been shortlisted in two categories:
• Best Brow Master PMU
• SPMU Artist of the Year – Southwest
After working in permanent makeup since 2013, it means so much to have my work and experience recognised in this way.
I’ll be attending the awards ceremony on 19th September, and I’m really looking forward to celebrating alongside so many talented people from across the industry.
A huge thank you to every client who has trusted me with their brows, lips, eyeliner, corrections and removal journeys over the years. Your support genuinely allows me to keep doing the work I love.
Wish me luck! 🤞✨

Through my work with Macmillan, I often meet women who have recently been diagnosed with cancer, are preparing for chemotherapy or surgery, or are beginning to find themselves again after treatment.
Every appointment is approached with sensitivity, care and absolutely no pressure. Treatment plans may change, timings can be uncertain, and the second session is always left open-ended so we can work around the individual and what their body is going through.
It is a real privilege to offer a little reassurance and help someone feel more like themselves during such an uncertain time. I truly love this side of my work.
Shared with my lovely client’s permission. 🤍

ALOPECIA
This is the kind of work that means so much to me. 🤍
My lovely client lost all of her hair last October following alopecia, and one of the things she really wanted was to begin feeling like herself again.
So this appointment wasn't simply about making getting ready in the morning easier.
It wasn't just about having beautiful brows.
It was about confidence.
There was no natural brow hair for me to work amongst, so we designed these completely from scratch, considering her face, her features, the direction real brow hair would naturally grow and, most importantly, making sure the finished brows still felt like her.
Every tiny stroke you can see has been created individually.
And seeing her finished result is exactly why I absolutely love this side of my work.
I've worked in permanent makeup for many years, but increasingly I'm also working alongside people experiencing alopecia, hair loss and significant changes to their appearance including through my work with local alopecia communities and Support Through Change.
Because sometimes what we do isn't really about makeup at all.
Sometimes it's about helping somebody recognise themselves in the mirror again. 🤍
If you're experiencing alopecia, hair loss or another change to your appearance and would like to talk through the options available to you, you can find more information about my Support Through Change work on my website, or you're very welcome to get in touch privately.
We also created her top and bottom permanent eyeliner during this appointment — I'll be sharing the results of that very soon too. 👀

🏆 OFFICIALLY TOP 70 IN THE UK — TWICE! 🏆
Well, this was a rather lovely result… 🥰
The UK Hair & Beauty Awards 2026 results are in and Changing Faces has placed nationally in TWO categories:
✨ Best for Brows (SPMU)
✨ Semi-Permanent Makeup
And these really are UK-wide rankings, HBA no longer awards regional placings, so everyone is ranked together nationally. 🇬🇧
After 13 years working in permanent makeup, it means a lot to still have my work recognised nationally in an industry that has grown and changed enormously over the years.
I've never been about creating the same brow on every face or following every new trend. For me, it's always been about enhancing the individual, creating permanent makeup that suits you, looks believable and helps you feel that little bit more confident when you look in the mirror.
So yes… I'm pretty chuffed with this one. 🥂
13 years in PMU. Two UK Top 70 placings. And still absolutely loving what I do.
And a huge thank you to all of you who continue to trust me with your faces. Quite literally. 😂❤️

From no brows to beautifully natural brows 🤍
For this lovely lady, we created realistic individual hair strokes to rebuild the shape of her brows while keeping the result soft and believable.
These are freshly done, so the strokes will heal much lighter and softer over the next few weeks, leaving a really natural finish.
And possibly my favourite bit… her daughter’s friend is a permanent makeup artist in New York and complimented my work! 🥹🗽
So if anyone needs me, I’ll just be casually considering my new career in Manhattan… 😂✈️

Hair loss changes so much more than just how we look.
For many people living with alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss, trichotillomania, or other medical conditions, it affects confidence, identity, and how they feel every single day.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping restore that confidence through realistic permanent makeup & scar revision. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, creating the illusion of natural hair, enhanced lash line and minimising surgical scars in a safe, supportive, and private environment.
If you've been told to "just live with it," please know there are options available, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
If you or someone you know is struggling with hair loss or scaring, feel free to get in touch for a confidential consultation. I'm always happy to answer questions with no pressure.
✨ Confidence isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you feel like yourself again.
