I have the unfortunate burden of delivering this news to all the faithful clients of Sara Paleschi Hair Design but we are closing our doors.

As many of you will know we have had terrible problems with water ingress and flooding for the last 4+ years, sadly my landlady has mostly ignored the issue and the problems have continued to the point where the salon floods very badly and is unusable on a regular basis. Obviously this makes operating difficult enough and then along came Covid with lockdown after lockdown, I also lost my sister and have had continued chronic illness to contend with. All of this combined has affected both my mental health and that of my husband and these issues combined have led to my final decision to walk away from the salon and put myself and my family first.

I want to thank everyone who worked with me and every single client who supported us through out the last 8+ years, and the many personal clients of mine who have been with me for many many more, it was an amazing experience and I will sincerely miss you all so so much.

once again I send my heartfelt thanks to everyone who went on this journey with me.

As I’m sure you all aware there have been some big changes regarding Covid rules and guidance, at the salon we will all still be wearing our masks and ask that clients do the same wherever possible, we will also be performing lateral flow tests regularly and particularly if any of us feel unwell, we kindly ask clients who are feeling unwell to either cancel their appointment or take a lateral flow test.
And remember without you , our lovely clients , we wouldn’t be here, so get those appointments booked, particularly if we haven’t seen you for a while, with love from all at SPHD

So we STILL have flooding issues in the salon, we’ve had that many people look at I’m dizzy, can anyone suggest the type of person I’m looking for to find the source of the water and finally get it sorted properly

I’m really pleased to announce that from now on none of our salon waste will be going to a landfill thanks to our new waste company, this may seem a small thing to some but it’s a big deal to us x

Met the fabulous Neil this afternoon, amazingly authentic food, mixed with Portuguese hospitality, you seriously need to try it if you haven’t already. Trust me

To all our lovely clients, as I’m sure you know from Monday masks will no longer be mandatory, as much as I’m sure some of you can’t bin them fast enough we want you all to know that they will be still be available to you in the salon and that our stylists are more than happy to wear one during your appointment if it will make you feel more comfortable, just make your wishes known on arrival for your appointment, we won’t ask for or need a reason x
