Christmas is indeed upon us and my advice to everyone is "eat what you want " it's just one day (or a couple of days) .
A day of overindulgence will not undo all of your hard work dieting and /or training and what it will do is (Hopefully) help you enjoy a day of eating what you want guilt free..
