💆 Seated Massage 1 hour full Body Treatment focusing on relaxation and muscle tension release. This can be good option for those with limited mobility

Wondering what to expect from a 60 minute Relaxation Swedish Massage with me?

It starts with relaxing strokes on your back and shoulders and moves on to more analgesic to techniques to relieve any aches and pains. This is top to toe treatment so your legs, feet, arms, hands, neck and scalp will recieve treatment too. Incorporating Thai foot massage techniques, Japanese Hand Massage and Indian Head Massage to maximise the benefits. I always check with the client to ensure they are happy for each area to be massaged and adapt according to preference. I have an array of Aromatherapy oils to choose from. If it's your first ever Massage, I promise i will put you at ease. You will leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. If you have sleep issues, massage can support this.
