Peace and quiet at last.

Between keeping the kids entertained, juggling family life and keeping The Calm Studio running, it’s definitely been a busy few months. I’ve loved the slower pace of summer, but I’ll be honest… I’m also quite enjoying the return to a little more routine!

The kids are back at school, the house is a little quieter and, here in the studio, the calm feels extra peaceful. 🤍

There’s something quite lovely about this time of year — those first few weeks of September when life starts to settle back into its rhythm. A chance to breathe, reset and make a little more time for yourself.

So if you’ve been feeling like you’ve spent the summer looking after everyone else, consider this your little reminder that you deserve some time too.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you back into my studio over the coming weeks, whether you’re in need of a relaxing massage, a little facial time or simply an hour to switch off and be looked after.
