48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or Rescheduling
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments less than 48hrs before your appointment will be charged at 50% of the service.

No shows
If you do not attend your appointment without telling us. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Would like to say a huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for being so understanding and kind with all of your cards,flowers and kind words while I have been off! Also thank you to Vicky Cann who has been on the phone for many hours! Also to (Nancy Potter House) Racheal Gilpin and the girls for checking in on me! I am planning to be back for the new Yr and honestly can't wait as all of you know I'm not a stay at home kinda gal! And definitely missing each and everyone of you. Much love lena ❤️ # # #

I just wanted to post and thank everyone for being so understanding and supportive with having their appointments cancelled.

Lena is still on the road to recovery and will be returning to work in January.

I have now contacted everyone who had an appointment, please look out for any voicemails or text messages on your phones as I may not of been able to speak to you. If you haven’t given a telephone number when making an appointment, I do apologise that I haven’t been able to contact you.

Myself and Lena will be contacting people in the new year to arrange appointments. Please bear in mind that we have a lot of people to contact.
