Hi, I’m Louise, the face behind Lulu Sparkles! We specialise in adding a little extra sparkle to festivals, community events, carnivals, pride celebrations and family fun days.

From glitter tattoos, festival face glitter and face gems to colourful hair tinsel, hair wraps, feathers and festival braids, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a subtle shimmer or a full festival makeover, Lulu Sparkles is all about helping people feel confident, creative and fabulous.

You’ll find us at events throughout the rest of the year, including Okehampton Pride, Saltash Regatta, Shaldon Water Carnival, Dawlish Carnival Week, Central Park Fun Day, Feniton Music Festival and the This Is Us Neurodiversity Festival.

As a mum of two neurodivergent children, creating an inclusive, welcoming and fun experience for everyone is at the heart of what we do. We love helping children, families and festival-goers express themselves through colour, sparkle and creativity.
