"We don't stop moving because we are getting old, we are getting old because we stop moving." So true. It's vitally important to keep moving and using our bodies and their capacity or we will lose them. I say this as someone who was told by my physio a decade ago that I "would never have full mobility" in my arm again after a complex fracture and dislocation. At 47 I'm stronger now than I was at 21.
