Hi everyone,
This is a bit of a serious post tonight. As many of you know, I’m a small, self-employed business owner and a small child full time, juggling work around childcare and my lovely clients. I keep my prices as affordable as possible because I truly love what I do and want my treatments to be accessible to everyone.

Unfortunately, I’ve recently had quite a few last-minute cancellations and appointment changes — sometimes within 24 hours or even on the day. I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but repeated short-notice changes make it really difficult to keep things running smoothly, especially with childcare costs and limited availability.

From now on, I’ll be kindly asking all clients (new and regular) to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please also note that appointments cannot be changed within 48 hours of your slot. If you cancel within that time, the deposit will be non-transferable, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

I hope you can all understand why this policy is necessary — it’s simply to help me keep my business going and continue offering the treatments you all love. Thank you so much for your support and understanding 💖
