Last month we had a total of 341 clients and only 1 in every 15 needed a repair!! ๐๐ผ๐

There will always be the odd repair here and there โ broken nails from doing the dishes, moving house, working on the allotmentโฆ life happens! ๐
But the vast majority of our clients come back every three weeks with their nails perfectly intact. โค๏ธ
And weโll always use our knowledge to make sure every clientโs individual needs are catered for. A slightly rounder shape here, a little extra BIAB for someone whoโs particularly hard on their hands there โ no two sets of nails are exactly the same.
Itโs our goal more than anyoneโs to make your nails LAST. After allโฆ itโs literally what we do! ๐๐

Of course Yuki couldnโt just quietly leave us โ she had to go out out-standing in her field. ๐๐พ

Exactly three years ago today, Yuki sat next to me here at Nails on the Exe for the very first timeโฆ and what an incredible three years it has been. ๐ฅน๐
Yuki very quickly became such a huge and important part of the goings-on at Nails on the Exe. Of course, she is an incredibly talented nail technician (we all know that!), but what she has brought to the salon goes far beyond beautiful nails.
As a woman, a friend and a colleague, she has been such a huge support to me while running this business. She has also played such an important part in welcoming every new technician who has joined us, always happy to pass on her knowledge, share her expertise and quietly give the girls the confidence they need to find their feet.
And that really sums Yuki up. ๐
She has the calmest, friendliest demeanour and somehow makes everyone around her feel at ease. Our clients absolutely adore her โ her personality, her silent laugh ๐, her quick humour and that wonderfully dry wit that can catch you completely off guard.
Now, our Yuki just needs a little time and a little TLC. ๐ค
This isnโt really goodbye, because we WILL be seeing her again. As you all know, we like our days out and once youโre part of the Nails on the Exe family, you never really leave.
I once said, โMy favourite place is the people.โ
And I think Nails on the Exe has proved that to me time and time again. The salon is four walls โ itโs the people who have walked through the doors, worked beside me, supported me and helped build it into what it is that make it so special.
