Reflexology is based on the theory that each part of the body is reflected in areas on the foot.
We use massage to focus on any areas that you may feel you need a little help with.
So, today is world mental health day! I don't think I've met anyone who hasn't been affected by mental health issues in one way or another. For me self care is paramount and I really notice when I neglect that! Anyone who comes for reflexology with me will always have a safe space to talk or just be calm and let the magic of reflexology do it's thing! Take care everyone and I'm here if you need! X

There's something about being by the water that makes everyone feel more relaxed! The family came for a walk with me today and we all loved our stomp!

I have spaces!
