Exmouth Slimming World

The next meal from the slimming world kitchen this evening. Hubby says best one yet. House special steak with mustard mash. Bloody lovely. With the roasted red onion and tomatoes. Xx

Once in a while I have a delivery from the slimming world kitchen. They send you all the ingredients weighed and measured, you also get a little mag with all the recipes from that week with all the instructions too.
I am a rather plain eater so sometimes there is nothing that my husband and I would enjoy. At those times I just skip that month's delivery.
It just means I have to try something slightly different to the normal. Using some herbs and spices means I haven't got to guess what to use or buy lots of things I wouldn't use again.
Today it was cottage pie. It wasn't how I would have cooked it. I enjoyed it but hubby didn't, so more for me haha.
This was a 2 person portion. Very generous xx

Another slimming world kitchen meal. If you don't know me I can tell you these are not the types of meals I would cook normally. I don't like spice or pepper, so that narrows things down with choices.
It is good to have a bit of variety. The meal comes with all weighed out ingredients, full instructions on how to cook it too.
This was very nice but was a bit worried about using smoked paprika 😂. Xx

Well slimming world kitchen choice for dinner today. Duck Cassoulet
I have never had duck before. Hubby doesn't really like beans but we both cleared our plates or bowls. I luckily had a healthy extra spare so could wipe up the sauce with a wholemeal bap. Will definitely choose this one again xx

Yesterday's Slimming world kitchen meal was back pocket beef moussaka. Very nice bout wouldn't have it again xx

So first of the meals from my slimming world kitchen box. Only took 20 minutes. All the ingredients are there weighed and measured. Hubby wasn't too keen as we don't normally use fennel seeds. Tomorrow is another new one for us. Watch this space xx
