We are celebrating our fab Diamond Target members in group next week. Those are members who have reached their target and kept in that target zone for a whole year.
This popped up on my memories so thought I would share it with you all.

Annalease Tew was determined to reach her target and didn't honestly expect to do that today. She still came to group.
She was more than happy to see that she lost 3lb this week. That meant she reached her target.
In 78 weigh ins she has lost 9 stone 5.5lb
This means her average loss per week was 2lb.
She has only missed 1 weigh in throughout her journey. She has stayed to group every week that she was able to.
I think her pictures speak for themselves.

Every year with Slimming World
We do something called a clothes throw.
Whether it's clothes our members have shrunk out of or just changing styles as their sizes change.
All our bags get donated to Cancer Research.
This year our fantastic members in Exmouth and Ottery collected a fantastic 94 bags. This equates to nearly £3,000 when gift aid has been used as well.
That is just incredible and I am sure will make a huge difference. So very proud of our lovely members. Xx

A few of my fab meals this week. We occasionally get the slimming world kitchen meals for a bit of variety. Not always something I would choose but you can always skip a delivery until there is something that you fancy xx
