🖤 A LITTLE EXPLANATION FROM US… 🖤

We’ve made the difficult decision to close down the Raven’s Nest.

We’ve both put so much time, effort and love into making this happen. The response and feedback we received when we started was so positive, and we genuinely believed people would come through the doors and support us.

Unfortunately, despite all the hard work, the sales just haven’t followed.

There’s a saying: “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.”
And unfortunately, in our case, this is it. 🥲

We both work full-time jobs alongside the Raven’s Nest, and I’ve made a huge amount of stock believing this little dream would take off. Sadly, a lot of our handmade products also have an expiration date because we use natural ingredients, so we simply can’t keep holding onto everything indefinitely.

That’s why, as you’ll have seen in our previous post, we’ve put 50% OFF our current stock to try and clear everything we have.

It’s honestly heartbreaking to close something we’ve both worked so hard on, but sometimes you have to accept when something just isn’t working.

The Ravens Nest, our little Bath Bomb Shed in Littleham - 30 Mountain Cl, Exmouth, EX8 2PJ - is currently sitting completely unused, and honestly, we’re a bit stuck and disheartened. 😔

We’ve had no sales and no visitors, despite putting so much time, money and love into getting it ready.

We both now have new full-time jobs, so The Ravens Nest is very much our little side piece alongside work. But the truth is, we absolutely love what we do and I, as the owner, would honestly hate to have to stop everything. Especially with all the hard work we have put into everything, and how much this means to me.

This has been a dream of mine for such a long time. 🖤 I’ve put so much into building this little business, creating products and turning The Ravens Nest into something I was genuinely proud of.

The hardest part is that we get so much lovely and positive feedback about our products and what we’re doing… but unfortunately, that positive feedback just isn't translating into people actually visiting or buying. 😔

So we're asking for some honest advice.
