Booking Policy
• Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Policy
• Rescheduling Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling appointments.
• No-Show Fee: Unfortunately, no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. This fee helps us mitigate the financial impact of lost appointments.

Why This Matters
Recently, we experienced two no-shows and a rearranged appointment, resulting in a loss of four hours of service time. This not only affects our schedule but also impacts our ability to serve other clients who need our care.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. Your support helps us maintain a high level of service for all clients.

Will I Bruise After My Aesthetic Treatment?

It's the most common question I get asked during consultation. for aesthetic procedures like fillers and anti wrinkle treatments. The honest answer, isn’t straightforward: everyone is different.

Understanding Bruising

1. Individual Factors:
◦ Each person’s skin and vascular structure varies. Some people may have more delicate blood vessels that are prone to bruising, while others may have thicker skin that is less affected.

2. Type of Treatment:
◦ The likelihood and extent of bruising can depend on the specific treatment. For instance, injections tend to have a higher risk of bruising compared to non-invasive procedures.

3. Technique Used:
◦ The skill and technique of the practitioner play a significant role. Experienced professionals often have strategies to minimize bruising.

4. Post-Treatment Care:
◦ Following aftercare instructions can help reduce the risk. For example, avoiding blood thinners like aspirin before treatment can make a difference.
