✔ Tight glutes (especially the piriformis)
✔ Hip flexor restrictions
✔ Deep muscle tension
✔ Poor movement patterns
✔ Compensation from previous injuries
Through targeted sports massage, deep tissue work, mobility advice, and recovery techniques, we can reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and help relieve pressure on irritated nerves.
