Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations

If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full payment will be due.

No answer at door

If you are not available at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.

As this is a mobile service, time and travel are specifically allocated for each booking. Late cancellations impact our schedule and other clients.
