This client first came to me with migrated nose filler that had created unwanted heaviness around the eye area. Instead of adding more product, we chose the safest approach—dissolving and starting again.

With a fresh canvas, I was able to carefully rebuild using precise liquid rhinoplasty techniques to create a slimmer bridge, a lifted tip, and a beautifully balanced profile. We then finished with a subtle 0.7ml lip enhancement—not for volume, but to bring harmony to the overall facial profile.

Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from doing less, correcting first, and rebuilding with precision. 🤍
