But let’s talk skin at the moment. We are all guilty of ignoring our skin needs from time to time and our skin is the biggest organ on our body. Everyone’s skin is damaged by so many different factors every day and it’s important to take care of of it so it can take care of us quite literally.

Your skin naturally provides a barrier to protect your body from invasion from bacteria and other factors including environmental factors and hazards that can be dangerous for human health. However we also go ahead and damage our own skin some times with out even realising it. Some examples are UV exposure, smoking, drinking alcohol, not drinking water, lack of sleep, diet the list goes on now it’s unrealistic to say don’t do anything bad let’s be honest it’s not gonna happens but you can look after your skin and you can help protect and rejuvenate it so these affects are much much less giving you not only good looks but healthy skin which in turn makes your body and mind healthier 🧘‍♀️
