These words appeared to me this Friday morning, inspired from seeing on the “news” last night - someone’s negative view of outcome and impact of current troubles in the world.

But, what if, we choose NOT to buy into the negative forecasting and instead we re-frame.

Instead, we see opportunity and choose to focus on ultimate positive outcome?

What if we could at least, personally, not contribute to the negative emotion and energy created by others?

What if we do not add to the heaviness but choose to stay light?

This slight re-frame can massively shift our own emotion and hence energy. We shift into what Dr David Hawkins*** has shown, is Power, which is exponentially more powerful than the force being chosen by others. That real Power is then free to create energy and constructive impact.

This has been today's opportunity for me to turn pain into purpose.

What a great day today - I'm no longer an Art Fair virgin!!

Had a brilliant day meeting folk and chatting about my Art and how some of it came about.

A special thanks to those who bought from me and contributed to me now being a commercial Artist, whooo hoo!

Another special thanks to my friends who made the trip to see me, your support was very much appreciated, you all know who you are. 🤗🤗🥰

Also thanks to all my fellow fair Art pals, and your chat and comparing notes about all things prints to print racks.

Finally a bug thanks to my Art Teacher and mentor, Gillian Park Art for organising the whole thing and bringing us together.

Car's packed and having a wee relax before my first Art fair tomorrow.

Been a wee exciting journey seeing my own art on products for the very first time 😁😁😁

Here's a we peek at some of these products which I'm taking tomorrow to Harbour Arts Centre, Irvine.

I'm super excited and a little bit (OMG ‘what have I done?’), to post here on my shiny new page, that I’m showing my art, in many forms, at the Harbour Arts Centre Art Fair in Irvine next Sunday.

I’m buzzing and knackered in equal measure to invite you to join me at the Winter Art Fair at the Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine, I’m one of 12 of my Art teacher ’s “hugely talented weans”, as she calls us! 😊 Gillian will be joining us also – it’s to be a creative extravaganza, so mark your calendar and swing by if you’re able!

It's an art fair of affordable art, prints, and gifts that are sure to delight and not break the bank - come along and meet the artists, and nab some unique crimbo gifts in the process.

Super quick hello part2, some very recent and some not so recent (very early painting days) intuitive abstracts.....

I got to support a fellow Artist, Lainey Beatson Art (oh may, am I really saying that 'out loud'? Fellow 'Artist'?, anyway, that's for another time), at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall recently.

Was fab seeing Lainey 'in person', after sharing many zoom calls with her on Gillian Park Art's business program for artists and creatives, "Don't be a Starving Artist".

I love Lainey's art, it shows the cheeky side of her that she likes to think she keeps hidden, lol.

Thought i'd just be there to offer moral support but ended up buying three prints and loads of other goodies, just couldn't resist -

Got to combine two of my favourite things, Art and Horses, thanks Lainey love my horse print - it's getting framed in the new year!

In truth I am the start of my foray into truly sharing my work and who I am on social media and woke up ridiculously early a few days after my first posts with whirlwind in a mind!

A circle of stressful thoughts about who I could become as I begin this social media journey — I could feel myself getting caught up in the ‘shoulds’, ‘must do do this’ and ‘ everyone’s doing that’ - the beginnings of feeling the pressure of being someone I am not and post in ways that are not me.

And then I STOP - I hear the words in my head, crystal clear, like they’re coming from outside of me, and bring a sense of calm.

Stay authentic.
Be authentic.
Become Authentic,

Allow yourself
the Reality of the challenge
and be kind
to yourself on the
journey.

And the words bring me back to a centre:-

Who am I? - I am a writer, a spiritual student, a coach, a teacher.

Stay who you are, and if you don't know yet, be kind to yourself as you explore.

Awareness - something that sounds very simple, yet the mind is able to create veils of beliefs, emotions and behaviours that we must pe*****te to see the information that lies beneath.

Once developed this skill becomes automatic and speeds up our personal development every time we use it.

Staying hidden from showing our authentic self sits on top of a myriad of fears. Maybe a lifetime’s work to be our-self?

By way of re-introducing myself (just a little bit), here’s me taking a little step to break through that fear. This is something that I woke up one morning a few months back that just poured out my heart and into my pen.

It was inspired by my Art Teacher and Mentor, Gillian Park Art, as she poured out her passion, what stirs her up and has driven her to launch her first signature program for artists and creatives - here’s to you GP for inspiring me!

Passionate about Purpose.
Passionate about deep Soul merge…..
…..with outer earthly identity.
Passionate about creating,
The creativity in purpose,
the purpose of this life, my life.
The purpose of creativity,
And passion.
The merging, the becoming, the discovery,
…..or is it remembering?
Passionate about learning,
To listen,
To hear,
my Soul, my purpose,
helping others to find, connect with and live their deep Soul purpose.

Today, is the birth day of my passion.
