Falmouth is such a sporty, active town, it only seems right to have some extra Sports Massage available to you all!

Whenever I leave the house I always see runners, cyclists, swimmers, yogis, surf boards heading to the north coast, paddleboarders... you name it, we've got it! And that's without inclusing all the indoor gyms and training spaces we have here too.

I'm pleased to be able to add Sports Massage to my treatment list - who's going to be first in the queue?!

Hi everyone🖐

I thought that it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself to all my lovely followers and say hello to the new faces on this page.

My name is Becca & I am a Holistic Massage Therapist living in the beautiful Cornish town of Falmouth. My journey to get to this point has been a long & arduous one but so incredibly rewarding. I have always had a fascination with the human body and this has led me down many different paths including Pilates, Sports Massage, Holistic Massage & finally Osteopathy.

I am extremely passionate about all things women's health. Having gone through my own recent experience of pregnancy and the post partum journey, I noticed a real lack of both physical & mental advice & support during this monumentous shift in a woman's life. I hope to change that

Here are a few interesting things about me:
☀️I spent my early childhood years living in South America. This has given me a real love of travelling & I am slowly making my way through my endless list of places to explore.

☀️I spend my time hiking along the coast & going on many adventures with my energetic toddler.

☀️I have a degree in Marine & Natural History Photography, spent a year studying Paediatric Nursing & I am a fully qualified Pilates instructor.

☀️I love nothing more than learning new things. I am always attending new courses, expanding on my knowledge & skills to be able to offer unique tailor made treatments to my clients.

☀️I am currently juggling motherhood, a full time degree in Osteopathy and running a business. It can be tough at times but so incredibly rewarding.

☀️I am an avid podcast listener, especially all things health & wellbeing. I hope to integrate more educational material into my content in the not too distant future.

☀️I adore animals in all shapes and forms and yes I am that weirdo that will interrupt a conversation to go and say hello to the cows in the opposite field.

☀️I have big hopes & dreams, primarily becoming a leading expert in all things women's health.

☀️I am currently completing my Sports Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial & Aromatherapy qualifications. Told you I love learning!

Treatment spotlight: Hot Stone Massage 🪨

A luxurious advanced therapeutic treatment that uses the application of hot volcanic basalt stones to relax and ease muscle pain and tension, and promote relaxation.

A 90 minute massage focuses on the full body including the feet, and a 60 minute massage focuses on the upper body including the back, neck, shoulders and arms.
