Watching a small pod of dolphins play beneath the setting sun was the most magical way to end a Wednesday 💙💙

Pregnancy Massage - Introducing 60 minutes and 30 minutes options. I’ve updated my pregnancy massage treatments to offer you more flexibility, with 30-minute and 60-minute options alongside the existing 90-minute. I now have;

90 minutes to slow things right down and give you plenty time to deeply rest and relax.
60 minutes of beautiful full body massage relaxation
30 minutes working your hips, back, and shoulders to melt those aches away.

These treatments can be booked via my website.

I’ve decided to bring these shorter treatments in for a couple of reasons; because life is busy and sometimes its just really hard to carve that time out. I absolutely get it (mum of 3 right here!)
Also because financially our budgets are being stretched so much more. It’s tough out there and some families are making hard decisions on where they spend their money. A shorter treatment, at an affordable price, offers the chance for those that can’t stretch to the higher priced options.

I want for you to be able to come and have some R&R, gentle muscle release, and not have to feel that its compromised your time or your finances, because if its stressing you out to come well that kind of defeats the purpose really. And I’d like to be part of something that doesn’t make you feel guilty of the time or money spent to enjoy yourself.

I’ll miss the evening glow from the sun now the clocks have changed. Glorious golden rays pouring in through the windows in the late afternoon filling both my massage room and waiting room in the most beautiful warm colours was a delight at the end of the day.

Summer time hours are back on the menu, and I’m so grateful for the evening sun. Squeezing a little more out of each day. This evening I got home at 7pm and walked my dogs in the sunshine. Gorgeous!
