Halcyon Therapies

I’ve taken myself off to have a weekend of loveliness with family. Being in beautiful Wales, holding butterflies, and having hot tubs under the moon and stars. It’s just what I needed ❤️

I’ll be back on Tuesday!

Lots of love from Wales,
Ellen xx

Starting the week with some lovely client testimonials. I really appreciate people taking the time to share their experiences with me, or post on my Google review page. It fills my heart ❤️❤️

Massages available Monday to Friday from inside Hotel Meudon. I hope to see you soon.

Holistic Massage. The first therapy that I learnt way back in 2007.
After having my eldest I found myself at home reading the Adult Education leaflet - back then Adult Ed offered an absolutely incredible amount of courses to learn from kinesiology to nutrition, to all kinds of different body work therapies. I was spoilt for choice but holistic massage jumped out at me so I enrolled without hesitation! What a brilliant decision that was.

It’s no surprise to me that this is the therapy that I feel most at home doing. Over the years my technique has grown, added to by the many different courses I have done, so now I find that I have a rhythm to my practice and not a set routine. It’s more a flow that guides me and when I feel what a body is responding to I create a massage around that. Some call this intuitive while others call it reading the body but it makes every massage different, even to the same person. And I love doing it.

Come and experience my Holistic Massage: deeply relaxing, nurturing, restorative, and calming - with maybe with a few muscles releases too!

I’d love to see you soon,

With love,
Ellen x

Watching a small pod of dolphins play beneath the setting sun was the most magical way to end a Wednesday 💙💙
