BRIDAL HAIR ✨

Week 1 reality ✌️

Seen more blood than ever in my life before

Consumed some good food while barely being able to drink or eat

Consumed more cold drinks than ever in my life

Tried some new drugs (medical only ✌️)

Consumed more tablets than ever in my life

Had the ropiest sleeps of all😂

2 hospital trips and more rest/ Netflix shows then ever before.

No gym is killing me 🥲I’ve just about managed a 5 minute walk. As you all know I can’t sit still.

This is your reminder to slow down and take time to heal when you need to ❤️

Shout out to everyone who thought I had a jolly nose job, 👃
This is my reality of recovery as I really thought I’d need a day and I’d be good to go 😂
As you can imagine your nose contains many blood vessels and it’s very delicate so when I am back to work I will be covered up (to stop infection) and I will be wearing a mask more so you’re not scared off 😂 and so I can be protected from dust, hair etc.

Yes I have now resulted in sitting in the sun because I may aswelll pretend I’m on holiday 😅

By all means if anyone wants to postpone their appointments just give me a message. I know it’s summer time so I don’t expect anyone to ❤️

Thank you for all the messages and re - arrangements.
I know my nose will be great in no time and I’ll be able to breathe and train again 😅
I can’t wait to be back in action 💕💕💕

A little behind the scenes reality✌️
Yesterday was a super eventful day after my surgery, you’re welcome if you got to experience it. I think those medications got to me 😅🤣
I am now recovering over the next few days, originally I wasn’t sure how much time I would need but during my opp they decided they needed to do double the work (I’m not shocked)
Therefore my recovery is a little more intense.

Thank you for all the messages and understanding. I’ll be in touch with those who I may need to move.

Sorry for any inconvenience but I’ll be back in no time, this operation was way over due (something I should’ve had 20 years ago, hehe).

Also shout out to the NHS for being beyond incredible to me ❤️
