This morning my walk had a difference purpose.....
I had my first ever coaching session with Donna Restall Coaching
My brain and ideas are often in full speed ahead and sometimes life puts a stop on that, so this morning session has really given me some clarity and a plan on how to move forward.
The most poignant moment was when we talked about 'work life balance' and I slipped and fell over 🤣
Looking forward to my next session already - plus to wear shoes with more grip 🙈
My initial reaction to the theme for International Women’s Day 2026 was honestly:
“Don’t we already give enough? I’m exhausted!” 😠
But the data I shared in yesterday’s post reminded me that there is still so much work to do.
As I explored the International Women’s Day website, I was reminded of something important:
Change doesn’t happen unless we take action.
Connecting with others around a shared purpose and offering support is how we continue to move towards gender equality — together.
So this year, I’d like to take a small action.
🎁 For International Women’s Day, I’m giving the gift of coaching.

A little update on how to book your sessions....
My booking system is currently turned off...
Until further notice to book a session please drop me a message via facebook/instagram/email or WhatsApp.
I will then book you in on the system and you will receive the usual confirmation and reminders emails.
As a reminder evening and weekend sessions currently booking 6-8 weeks ahead and daytime sessions are approx 4 weeks so please keep one step ahead so you dont miss out on your much needed self care.

The most recent newsletter ( sent a few weeks ago) includes info for my regulars who have evening (5pm onwards) and weekend sessions.
I'm currently at full capacity for evenings and weekends so I am unable to take on any New clients for those sessions but will review this later in the year.

This week I’ve held space for a lot of emotion 🤍
More tears than usual, more release, more softening.
Is it the body finally recovering from Christmas stress?
The January blues?
The weather?
Or maybe even the energy of the impending super moon 🌕
Who knows… but something is definitely shifting.
As a reflexologist, reiki master & massage therapist, I see it time and time again — when the body feels safe, emotions rise so they can be released. And every single client left feeling lighter 🤍
