Get your peels in while you can!

If you didn’t already know … peels are only advised to have done in the cooler months, including 🍂 and winter ❄️ this is because the UVA and UVB rays ☀️ are lower and therefore easier to manager the aftercare.

It is so important to ensure you are consistent with wearing your SPF ☀️ to ensure the skin is protected in order to prevent further compromised skin.

We always finish our facial 💆🏽‍♀️ treatments with SPF in daylight hours, so make sure you grab yours before you leave.

FAQ’s

💉 Does it hurt?
Everyone’s pain threshold is very different, so discomfort is down to the individual. What we will say tho, is that your comfort is a priority of ours so we do all we can to help.

💉 How long does it last?
Again this differs with each client, but usually clients like to refresh their colour 18-24 months after the initial treatment. Wearing lip SPF will significantly reduce the colour fading.

💉 How long is the appointment?
The first appointment is around 2-2.5 hours and includes mapping and colour theory to help you decide the best healed colour - we recommend bringing along your favourite lipstick.

After you have made the decision to have PMU after consultation and have booked your appointment 📅 …

Your first treatment will be roughly 2 hours long time⏱️at this appointment you will be made comfortable through 💉 numbing, have the area to be treated mapped out and you will also 🤷🏽‍♀️ decide the colour/ shade we are going to use.

Once all of the above steps have been carried out the actual tattooing will start, this usually lasts ⏱️ 30-40 minutes.

It’s important that you understand … the fresh/ after treatment look 👀 will not be the same as the healed result … trust the process 🙌🏼
