I have been in one hell of a rut & its time I snap myself out of it!!!

I have compared myself to others, felt I wasn't good enough. Took a huge step back.

Ive had to make some difficult choices with my career and put my health first...

But now I'm ready. Blocking out that inside voice of self doubt.

1st thing on my to do list. Gym class ON MY OWN!!! Then get back to building my online workshops! It's taken so long and I've doubted myself many many times. But thats all in my head!

If you've felt like this... you really aren't alone. Easier said than felt, I know.

Take your time. Get back in to swing of things and just go for it!!

But no seriously, its not always just during the appointment. For detailed sets, there is always prep stages prior to the appointment so that whilst you are with the client it runs that much smoother!!

When your client is going to Wimbledon.. their nails need to reflect such an amazing experience!

I have never felt something more relatable in my entire life right now!

I know, I know... ill love the summer hols eventually 🤣

But wow. The change in routine, the mood swings and hormones of teens... give me bloody strength 🙄

Im not a big drinker... but feel this may change throughout August
